For reviewers

Someone asked you to be a reviewer.

Here is what that means, in about sixty seconds, which is also how long it takes to do.

What you will be asked
Two ratings on a 0 to 10 scale, effort and performance, on one goal the person named. An optional sentence if you have one. About sixty seconds. No account, no app, no password.
How often
About once a week, for the length of their journey, usually twelve weeks. If weekly is too much, tell the person who invited you; they can set you to every other week.
Who sees your ratings
The person you are rating sees them, with your name. That is deliberate. Forbetra is built for open conversation, not anonymous scoring, and you were asked because they trust your view. If they work with a coach or a program lead, that person sees the same picture. Nobody else does.
What you see
After you submit, you see how your view compared with theirs that week.
What happens to your words
Your ratings and note are stored with that person’s journey and used to write their weekly summary. They are not shared with anyone else, and they are not used to train AI models.
What to do now
Open the link, give the two ratings, add a sentence if you have one. The link is personal to you; please do not forward it. If you would rather not take part, tell the person who invited you.
Who runs this
Forbetra is built by Winning Mind, LLC, a performance psychology practice in San Diego.
