Coaches and L&D
Prove your coaching works.
Turn "I think you're improving" into a baseline, a trend, and a report. Forbetra gives every client a twelve-week journey, pulls in the people who see them at work, and prepares you for each session before you say hello.
Built by Winning Mind, a performance psychology practice coaching executives, athletes and operators for twenty-five years.
How it works here
01
Invite your clients
One link each. Pre-fill the goal and reviewers if you like, or let them start on their own.
02
See the roster at a glance
Who checked in, who went quiet, where the gap is widening. Alerts, not spreadsheets.
03
Walk in prepared
A brief before each session, built from their check-ins, reviewer feedback and your private notes: headline, data points, conversation starters, an experiment.
04
Show the return
Baseline to week twelve, self and reviewer, in one chart. Evidence for the client and for the sponsor who funds the engagement.
Monday morning, before the call
The prep brief does the reading for you.
Before each session Forbetra reads the client's check-ins, the reviewer feedback, and the private notes you left last time, and hands you one page: a headline, the data points that changed, two or three conversation starters, and an experiment to suggest.
Your notes feed the brief and are never shown to reviewers. The brief itself is yours alone.
AI coaching brief: Alex
Generated Monday 07:00, before the session
Headline
Alex is making the call in the room now, and the room is starting to notice. Self-rated performance 8, reviewers at 6: the gap has closed by a point since week 1 and the work is landing with the direct report before it lands with the manager.
Key data points
- Self-rated effort 8, performance 8. Alex reads the last two weeks as a breakthrough.
- Reviewers average effort 7, performance 6. Lena (direct report) is at 7, Priya (manager) still at 5. The manager is the lagging view.
- The note "Pushback from finance, held the line" is the first time Alex describes holding a decision under pressure rather than making one.
Conversation starters
- "Priya still rates you a 5 while Lena gives you a 7. What does Priya see in the leadership meeting that Lena does not see in yours?"
- "You wrote that you held the line with finance. What made that one possible, and what would have made you fold?"
- "Where is the next decision you would normally take offline?"
An experiment to propose
Before the next leadership meeting, name one decision Alex will make in the room and the reasoning Alex will say out loud. Ask Priya, specifically, to watch for it that week.
What coaches ask
- What does it cost?
- Coaches pay per active client per journey. Clients and reviewers never pay and never need a paid seat. Full pricing on the demo call, or email us with your client count.
- How much of my week?
- Setup is one link per client, about five minutes. After that, plan on five minutes per client before each session to read the brief. The client spends about a minute a week. Each reviewer spends about sixty seconds.
- Will my clients actually do it?
- The check-in is two sliders and a sentence, and the reviewer link opens with no login. You see on the roster the moment someone goes quiet, so the nudge comes from you, not from a notification nobody reads.
- What does the AI see?
- The client’s check-ins, their reviewers’ ratings and notes, and the private notes you write. It writes your prep brief and the client’s plain-language weekly insight. Reviewers never see any of it, and your data is not used to train AI models.
- Who owns the data?
- The client owns their journey. Ask us about export and deletion at the end of an engagement; both are handled on request today.
- Do you work with practices and teams?
- Yes, by arrangement. Each coach sees their own roster. Tell us about your practice on the demo form and we will bring team pricing.
