Fielding it

A website. Nothing to install.

Forbetra runs in a browser, including a locked-down one; there is nothing on an app store. Reviewer links go out by email, or by text only when a phone number is entered, so for units where personal phones are off the table everything can run on work email. Data is hosted in the United States. We have not been through an ATO and are not on GSA; if your unit has a pilot authority or a purchase-card threshold, we are set up to run pilots that way and can walk you through it. Individual scores stay with the individual, their reviewers and their coach; unit leadership sees cohort progress through the pilot reviews we run with you at week six and week twelve, not through the app.
